清蒸人参鸡
用料:生晒参20克,母鸡1只(约1500克),<span href="tag.php?name=%BB%F0%CD%C8" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">火腿</span>10克,水发<span href="tag.php?name=%D3%F1%C0%BC%C6%AC" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">玉兰片</span>10克,<span href="tag.php?name=%CF%E3%B9%BD" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">香菇</span>15克;<br /><br />
作法:将母鸡宰杀去毛及<span href="tag.php?name=%C4%DA%D4%E0" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">内脏</span>,放入开水锅里烫一下,凉水洗净;人参用开水泡开,上蒸笼20分钟取出,将母鸡放入锅内,加人参、火腿、玉兰片、香菇、葱、<span href="tag.php?name=%C9%FA%BD%AA" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">生姜</span>、食盐、料酒、味精,添入<span href="tag.php?name=%BC%A6%CC%C0" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">鸡汤</span>在武火上蒸至<span href="tag.php?name=%BC%A6%C8%E2" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">鸡肉</span>熟烂即可食用;<br />
