木瓜炖牛奶

1、木瓜洗净，从三分之一处切开。<br />

2、用勺子挖出木瓜籽。<br />

3、倒入牛奶，不用倒得太满，以免溢出。<br />

4、把木瓜放入一个大碗中，为了让木瓜放得平稳，可是事先在木瓜底薄薄的切上一刀。<br />

5、找一口比较高的锅，锅中放水，水的分量，以沸腾的时候不要没过碗口为宜。<br />

7、如果锅够高，把切掉的三分之一盖在上面，我家不够高，只好用了一小片锡纸代替，也可以用保鲜膜盖着。<br />

8、中火烧开，转小火，炖30分钟即可。<br />

可以直接用勺子挖出来吃，也可以切小片，图片上带皮了，是为了木瓜的颜色有渐变，应该把皮去掉。<br />
