奶白鲫鱼汤

5、盖锅盖,大火煮沸后改中火炖20分钟。汤就成白的了。如果你有足够的时间,就放2碗水,大火煮沸后改小火炖2小时,那时侯鱼肉都溶到汤里了,更美!<br />
