泡椒芹菜牛肉丝

主料:芹菜丝,<span href="tag.php?name=%C5%A3%C8%E2" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">牛肉</span>丝&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
配料:<span href="tag.php?name=%C5%DD%BD%B7" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">泡椒</span>丝,姜丝&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; <br />
做法:<br />
1,牛肉切丝后,放少量酱油,淀粉,料酒腌制十分钟,这时可以准备将芹菜切丝,泡椒及姜切丝&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

2,锅内油烧至六成热(手放上锅上空感觉有明显热气上升),下姜丝煸炒出香味&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; <br />
3,下牛肉丝滑炒变色&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />
4,放入泡椒丝一起炒约一分钟,即可将芹菜放入同炒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; <br />
5,炒一分钟后放一勺盐,半勺鸡精即可出锅<br />
